Promising young chef, Jordan gets his CAP in 2012 at the restaurant Refuge des Gourmets in Machilly in Haute-Savoie where he spent in 2014 also his BP Cuisine. In parallel, he participates in the show Top Chef and is the first apprentice and youngest candidate.
He will continue in the same establishment as Chef de partie. He began to make competitions including the foie gras challenge of young creators, the young talents master restaurateurs, the Olympiad trades, the championship of France desserts to the plate, gold chefs. Then the desire to travel and discover the world pushes him to go to Dubai with Grégoire Berger at Ossiano restaurant. He will stay there for six months before returning to the Refuge des Gourmets which then obtained its first star in the Michelin Guide. He will stay there one year before the desire to go abroad resumes. In 2017, he went to Bora Bora as Chef de partie at Saint Régis. He will become Sous-Chef.
In 2018, he went to Australia to continue to discover the cuisines of the world. He moved to two institutions as Chef de Partie before taking up the position of Chef at The Milton Restaurant next to Melbourne.
