Claire, a former criminal lawyer, member of the Council of the Order and first Secretary of the Conference, changed her life following her participation in Master Chef in 2011.
She trained with the best chefs (Michel Portos in Saint James, Michel Roth in Ritz Paris, Didier Chouteau in L’Amandier by Roger Vergé …) and then became pastry chef at the Fairmont Monte Carlo hotel.
Moving to Paris, she was a pastry professor at the Elysées Lenôtre Pavillon and then a Pastry Chef for the reopening of the Royal Pavillon.
Today, she is a pastry chef and consultant in her company “By Claire Verneil” and has just joined forces with Stephan Perrotte, world champion and best “confiturier” of France, with a view to opening an establishment in Paris She is also animator and culinary editor, for different medias (Teleshopping on TF1, “Le Chef” on MCS house, “C’est tendance” on South Radio…).
