Style : French gastronomy, modern and tasty.
Originally from Lyon, Vincent Tournayre studied with Pierre Orsi “Meilleur Ouvrier de France” in his Michelin-starred restaurant.
After a few years, he decided to move to London to join Michel Roux‘s brigade in his 2-star restaurant “Le Gavroche“.
With Michel Roux, he developed his sense of perfectionism, which was well underway with Pierre Orsi, and continued to learn and apply the impeccable thoroughness so dear to the hearts of these two great chefs.
It was there that he was “spotted” by Daniel Boulud, a three-star chef at the helm of several restaurants in New York, who invited him to join one of his brigades.
On the strength of his achievements, he then begins a new adventure at the heart of gastronomic perfection, consolidates his culinary techniques of haute cuisine and learns to master the realization of dishes of rare accuracy with always the search for products of excellence.
In the New-York megalopolis, Vincent is developing, in parallel to his culinary experience, a network which allows him, after two years spent under the auspices of Michel Boulud, to open his own home chef business “Carte Blanche“.
2016 marks its return to France to integrate the R&D branch of the company “Festins de Bourgogne“.
That same year, he won the prestigious “IRON COOK 2016” competition, a cooking competition whose jury is made up of prestigious great chefs under the patronage of the chef Michel Roth, « Meilleur Ouvrier de France » and « Bocuse d’Or ».
It was in September 2017 that Vincent seized the opportunity to join the GL EVENTS group to take charge of the kitchens at Palais Brongniart where he can share all of his international skills and experience with the world of events.
This discovery and this passion for events allow him to embark on the realization of tailor-made events for a clientele, both national and international, eager for atypical creations based on original and innovative techniques.
Constantly questioning, standing out and innovating are the watchwords of his vision of events in order to make the most special desires come true.
