Style : French cuisine of instinct, seasonal with character
Graduated with a hotel management license, it is in 2008 that I choose to get into the kitchen. Starting in the laboratory of the famous Parisian caterer “Potel Et Chabot“, I then traveled between Le Chalet du Mont d’Artois in Megève, Château Valmer in the Var or the Eden Rock Hotel in Saint Barthélemy, in the Antilles in Caribean seas.
It was in 2011 that I had the chance to join the team of Joël Robuchon, in Christophe Cussac’s brigade at the Hotel Métropole.
In 2015, the Michelin-starred chef decided to send me to his Atelier de L’Etoile on Avenue des Champs-Elysées where I managed the kitchens for more than three consecutive years.
