After 12 years of experience with great chefs such as Jean-Marie Gautier, Jean-Marc Delacourt, Michel Husser and JeanLouis Nomicos, Alexis is back with his father Jean-Pierre Saint-Martin in the small Pyrenean village of Saint-Savin for join the adventure of the Hotel Restaurant Le Viscos, in the family since 7 generations. From the South West of his father, origins seaside of his Breton mother, and enriched by his experiences, the young Master Chef of France, member of the collectors appropriates the products of his region. Anchored in its roots with a personal and modern touch his kitchen is open to the world thanks to the sensitivity of his wife from Congo and that of his sister-in-law officiating beside him, a native of Chile.
He is committed to promoting this rich South-West terroir in his house in and around the world.
