The first steps of my career are concentrated in the 8th Ardt of Paris, between the Napoleon, the Royal Monceau, the Crillon and Lucas Carton before joining the Sofitel Paris Porte de Sèvres and its gourmet restaurant “Le Relais de Sèvres” During which I get the coveted title of “Best Worker of France” cooking.
I left the Sofitel in 1994 to create my own sign through 2 restaurants, “Le Rond de Serviette” rue du Cherche Midi in the 6th Ardt, then the “Timbale Saint Bernard” rue des Fossés Saint Bernard in the 5th Ardt.
After this adventure rich in experiences, I entered Lenôtre to take the direction of production in 1998, managerial and creative period where I imagine some media successes including the famous “Macaré”.
From 2005 to 2011 I open 3 schools of gourmets to share my passion by welcoming amateurs from 14 to 60 people.
After 3 years as a consultant for different brands, I lay the foundations for a new way to receive a discreet clientele, in a private space for exclusive meals. Welcomed as a perfect hostess by my companion Sylvie Trétois, our hosts attend to the preparation of their own menu, the only master in the kitchen.
