After having made my arms in big houses like the Plaza Athénée, La Maison Blanche, Hyatt Vendôme, I opened my own restaurant Origin in 2010 and I got a year later my star.
Heart choice for me who grew up between Paris and Franceville, I decided to settle in Rouen.
I was immediately captivated by this city with a thousand facets.
Originally, it is a modern kitchen, sincere, turned towards our products.
The team makes sure to revisit all these natural flavors to sublimate them, start them to make your moments among us become precious, unique. In 2018, Benjamin decide to begin a new story. He closed his restaurant Origine and he has opened a new Tratoria Restaurant in Rouen : Pagani.
