This chef of Breton origin (Morbihan), was cradled in the culinary world from his young age thanks to his father, innkeeper in Hennebont. After his training at Compagnons du Devoir, he made his acquaintance with great gastronomic names such as Georges Blanc in Vonnas, Yannick Alléno in the Royal Mansour, Guy Krenzer in Lenôtre and Joël Robuchon.
In 2010, he took command of the kitchens of La Chèvre d’Or in Eze-village where he obtained in 2011 his second star in the Michelin Guide. In 2016, he discovered the Bordeaux region, and took the reins of the Kitchens of La Table de Plaisance, the Hostellerie de Plaisance in Saint-Emilion, where he was awarded two Michelin stars only 6 months after his arrival. Like a “Madeleine de Proust,” his Cuisine of remembrance and emotion is defined as authentic and frank, simple and legible.
