Eric trains at the Lenôtre school and specializes in meat products.
He started his career in Issy-Les-Moulineaux in the Paris region where he served for two years and then joined the National Army Circle as a Party Leader for 6 years.
In 1999, he joined the French Republic Presidency as Team Leader under the leadership of Bernard Vaussion. He served Jacques Chirac, Nicolas Sarkozy and François Hollande.
In 2013, wishing to evolve, he left the Elysée and created his consulting company and opened the restaurant Mon Paris in the heart of the capital.
Today, it prepares the opening of its own restaurant which should see the light in the months to come.
