Sensitized by his mother and grandmother to the kitchen, Matthieu decided to study cooking after a work experience at his uncle’s catering company. He then made his weapons with several chefs including Patrick Bagot, Claude Sutter, Sebastien Aliprandi … Finally it is in 2016 that he takes control of the kitchens of the restaurant La Cave in Cannes. Members of Eurotoques, he is passionate about working with fresh produce and offers traditional cuisine that is both worked and tasty.
